What is Cash 24/7 Envelope?
Cash 24/7 Envelope is a smart safe designed for companies that manage small and medium volumes of cash on a daily basis and want a solution that is safe, fast, and easy to use. The solution operates on a monthly subscription that includes all services.
How does it work?
1. Declare the bag: Register the bag's serial number and cash amount in the CIT One app, from any device: desktop, laptop, or smartphone.
2. Deposit the bag: Scan the serial number, insert the bag into the safe — the RFID tag validates that it is the correct bag and transmits the bag's status to the CIT One app.
3. Everything is recorded automatically: The information is saved and transmitted in real time to CIT One. Multiple deposits can be made throughout the same day, by multiple depositors — each transaction is recorded separately.
4. CIT One takes care of the rest: We monitor the equipment permanently. When the preset maximum capacity is reached, we automatically issue a collection order, and when a technical issue arises, we automatically issue a service order, with no involvement required on your part.
