Diversification of the client portfolio becomes the cornerstone of this transformation, opening the way for sustainable growth, beyond the traditional collaboration with BCR: CIT One began collaborating with important banks in the Romanian market. This transition reflects a firm commitment to innovation and adaptation to the requirements of the modern market
2020
BCR, BRD Groupe Société Générale and Raiffeisen Bank finalize the transaction by which they become shareholders with equal shares in CIT One. The legal form of CIT One changed from a limited liability company to a joint-stock company
2021-2023
CIT One expands its operational capacity through a continuous process of infrastructure modernization, including updating the Processing Centers and IT systems, improving the fleet and processing equipment. This endeavor is supported by strategic investments in human resources, essential for the success of the transformation. In parallel, the company implements new services and contractual agreements (SLAs), precisely tailored to market requirements, thus consolidating its leading position in the industry
