VALUE VERIFIER
The Value Verifier sorts, counts, and verifies the authenticity of banknotes and other valuables, prepares packages for the treasury, completes necessary documents, and manages treasury keys according to internal rules.

ATM Cash Replenishment Officer manages the materials specific to ATM-related activities and is accountable for them. They are responsible for the accuracy of records in the IT system and the daily ATM documentation.

The Processing Supervisor oversees and coordinates the cash processing operations of the processing team; is accountable for ensuring tasks and work are completed on schedule and within the designated timeframe (during working hours), adhering to applicable regulations.

VALUABLES TRANSPORT DRIVER
The Valuables Transport Driver ensures the driving and maintenance of the provided vehicle, in order to carry out valuables transport activities.

The Cash Collection Officer performs the collection and remittance of valuables from/to clients and the National Bank of Romania (BNR). They load/unload ATMs under the company's management and perform technical interventions.

The Security Agent ensures the security service at the Processing Center and the security of valuables transport, complying with the provisions of the general and specific instructions, mentioned in the security plan or internal regulations.

ATM management
ATM TECHNICIAN
The ATM Technician is responsible for the proper functioning of automated teller machines. Performs technical interventions on ATMs, provides technical and logistical support to the Cash Collector during cash loading operations or technical interventions; liaises with maintenance companies to analyze problems that arise in the operation of ATMs, the method of remediation, and their operating procedures.

The ATM Trainer plans, organizes, and conducts training courses for personnel involved in ATM maintenance and cash loading activities. Manages the relationship with customers and ATM vendors.
