VALUE VERIFIER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague to join our dynamic and growing team within the Bucharest Processing Center, for the position of Value Verifier.

Responsibilities:
- Verifies authenticity, sorts and counts entrusted valuables (banknotes, coins, meal vouchers, bank documents, other valuables) using processing and counterfeit-detection machines;
- Loads and unloads ATM cassettes and packs these cassettes in special canvas bags;
- Completes records, including in the IT system, for received and delivered valuables;
- Re-checks, together with the shift coordinator, collected cash bundles where discrepancies have been found;
- Is responsible for the physical and recorded stock of entrusted valuables.

TREASURER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague to join our dynamic and growing team within the Bucharest Processing Center, for the position of Treasurer.
The ideal candidate has:
- Secondary education (in progress or completed);
- Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail and quick reaction speed;
- Ability to quickly learn and use various operating programs / IT applications;
- Availability to work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Performs handover/receipt operations of valuables and ATM keys to/from the cash collector, according to orders registered in the system;
- Performs pre-processing operations (unsealing bags/ATM cassettes, registering client declarations) and forwards valuables for processing to the value verifier;
- Registers valuables in the IT system by value categories (cash, credit files, meal vouchers) and performs reconciliation operations in case of discrepancies;
- Organizes and supervises the preparation of cash and ATM cassettes for replenishment, cash for client remittance according to orders, and vouchers and value tickets for remittance to issuers;
- Prepares daily reports / official records in case discrepancies are identified regarding the treasury balance;
- Is responsible for the physical and recorded stock of valuables in the treasury and participates in stock inventory according to internal regulations.

CASH COLLECTOR OFFICER
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague to join our dynamic and growing team within the Bucharest Processing Center, for the position of Cash Collector.
The ideal candidate has:
- Secondary education (in progress or already completed);
- Previous experience as a Cash Collector is considered an advantage
- Attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, quick reaction speed
- Ability to quickly learn new information regarding the use of various operating programs / IT applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work in shifts
Responsibilities:
- Performs the collection and delivery of cash and other valuables using sealed cash/valuables bags or grouped sealed bags/valuables, from/to clients / National Bank / airport;
- Performs cash loading / unloading operations for ATMs managed by the Processing Center, in accordance with applicable regulations;
- Performs basic technical interventions (FLM) on ATMs managed by the Processing Center;
- Promptly informs the direct supervisor regarding the execution of duties and any issues encountered (delays, client refusal to hand over valuables, damaged seals / grouped bags, etc.), reports any violations of regulations, procedures and working norms, possible break-in attempts, blackmail or attempts to gather information about the company's activity;

ATM management
WAREHOUSE CLERK
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague to join our dynamic and growing team within the Bucharest Processing Center, for the position of Warehouse Clerk.
The main responsibility of this position consists of managing materials specific to ATM-related activities (such as cassettes, bags, seals, rolls, cleaning materials, etc.). The role is also responsible for the accuracy of records in the IT system and the daily documentation related to ATMs.
The ideal candidate has:
- Completed secondary education;
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management activities;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and react quickly;
- Ability to quickly learn and use various IT applications and operating programs.
Responsibilities:
- Receives empty cassettes, performs functional checks and distributes ATM cassette sets according to orders, by client/ATM type;
- Personalizes cassettes by applying QR code labels to ensure proper identification;
- Documents and hands over ATM cassettes to processing room personnel for loading and reports any identified malfunctions;
- Maintains records of stocks of materials and consumables specific to the activity and periodically prepares the required supply list;
- Records daily inventory entries and exits.
